# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The sweet Hawaiian buns against tangy corned beef and sharp Swiss creates that perfect sweet and savory balance that keeps people reaching for just one more
  • You can assemble everything hours before guests arrive and pop them in the oven when the doorbell rings
02 -
  • Dry your sauerkraut thoroughly between paper towels or your bun bottoms will turn into soggy messes that fall apart when people try to pick them up
  • Let the assembled sliders sit for about 10 minutes before baking so the sauce has time to soak into the buns instead of sliding right off
03 -
  • Buy your corned beef from the deli counter instead of prepackaged slices because the fresher meat has better texture and flavor
  • Room temperature cheese melts faster and more evenly, so take it out of the fridge while you prep everything else
