01 - In a small bowl, add chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and sea salt.
02 - Whisk or stir all spices until evenly distributed and no clumps remain.
03 - Transfer to an airtight container or spice jar. Keep at room temperature for up to 6 months.
04 - Use 2-3 tablespoons per 1 pound of ground meat, poultry, tofu, or vegetables. Adjust salt to taste.
