01 - Place pineapple chunks, banana (if using), coconut milk, coconut water, shredded coconut, maple syrup (if desired), and ice cubes into blender canister.
02 - Process mixture on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 60 seconds. Scrape down sides if necessary to ensure even incorporation.
03 - Test consistency and sweetness level. Add additional maple syrup or agave if more sweetness is preferred, blending briefly to incorporate.
04 - Divide smoothie evenly between two glasses. Garnish with fresh pineapple wedge or sprinkle of shredded coconut if desired. Enjoy promptly while chilled.
