# What You Need:

→ Tuna Salad

01 - 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
02 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
04 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
05 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
06 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
07 - Salt and black pepper to taste

→ Wraps & Filling

08 - 2 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
09 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 2 slices tomato
11 - 1 tablespoon butter for grilling

# How-To:

01 - Combine tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, red onion, celery, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until thoroughly incorporated.
02 - Lay tortillas flat. Distribute half the tuna mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla. Top each with half the cheddar cheese and add tomato slices if desired.
03 - Fold both sides inward toward the center, then roll the tortilla tightly from bottom to top, securing the filling inside.
04 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until golden brown and cheese has melted completely.
05 - Slice each wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately while warm and crispy.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The combination of warm melted cheese and cool creamy tuna creates the perfect temperature contrast
  • Everything cooks in one skillet and the whole meal is ready in under 15 minutes
02 -
  • Make sure your skillet is fully heated before adding the wraps or they will end up soggy instead of crispy
  • Press down gently with your spatula while cooking to ensure good contact with the pan
03 -
  • If your tortillas are stiff microwave them for 15 seconds before filling to prevent cracking
  • Keep the heat at medium because high heat will burn the tortilla before the cheese melts
