01 - Combine milk, ice cubes, sugar, vanilla bean seeds or extract, and pudding mix in blender. Blend on high speed for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and creamy texture is achieved.
02 - In a separate mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar using whisk or hand mixer until soft peaks form. Omit this step if using store-bought whipped cream.
03 - Pour blended frappuccino into two chilled glasses. Top each serving with generous dollop of freshly whipped cream. Serve immediately with straw.
