Adorable no-bake treats featuring crushed Oreos and cream cheese dipped in white chocolate with cute bunny decorations.

# What You Need:

→ Oreo Mixture

01 - 36 Oreo cookies (about 10.5 oz)
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

→ Coating

03 - 14 oz white chocolate or white candy melts

→ Decorations

04 - 48 mini marshmallows for bunny ears
05 - Pink sanding sugar or edible pink gel for ears and nose
06 - 48 mini chocolate chips or edible black marker for eyes
07 - 24 pink heart sprinkles or pink M&M minis for noses
08 - 24 mini white marshmallows for tails, optional

# How-To:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for later use.
02 - Process Oreo cookies in a food processor until reduced to fine, uniform crumbs.
03 - Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and process until completely combined and mixture forms a thick, pliable dough.
04 - Scoop level tablespoon portions of dough and roll between palms to form smooth balls. Arrange evenly on prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the shaped balls for 20 to 30 minutes until firm enough to handle without deforming.
06 - Place white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until completely smooth and fluid.
07 - Using a fork, dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip back into bowl. Return coated balls to baking sheet.
08 - While coating is still unset, cut mini marshmallows diagonally to create ears. Dip cut edges in pink sugar or gel and press onto ball tops. Attach chocolate chip eyes, heart sprinkle noses, and mini marshmallow tails.
09 - Refrigerate completed bunny balls for at least 30 minutes until chocolate coating is fully set and firm.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • No oven required, so they are perfect for warm weather or when you do not feel like heating up the kitchen
  • The decorating is endlessly customizable and kids can help with every step
  • They look impressive but actually come together in under an hour of active time
02 -
  • Work quickly when decorating because the white chocolate sets faster than you expect once it hits the cold Oreo balls
  • If your coating gets too thick, add a teaspoon of coconut oil or vegetable shortening to smooth it out again
  • Room temperature balls will slide right off your dipping fork, so do not skip the freezing step
03 -
  • Use a small cookie scoop instead of a spoon to get evenly sized balls every time
  • If your chocolate coating cracks, the balls were probably too cold when you dipped them, let them sit at room temperature for 5 minutes first
